in the heart of Roade, we offer a Bistro Cafe, a relaxing Lounge Bar, a calming Yoga Studio and a stylish Hair Salon.
We are launching a series of Bar 16 Food and Cocktail Nights. We are also introducing Workshops to our Yoga timetable. These longer sessions will focus on different aspects/topics and are brilliant to get a deeper insight. These will include Restorative Yoga, anxiety workshops and complete relaxation.
